Welcome to Room-ez. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Room-ez mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Room-ez. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements.
You sign in with your phone number and are responsible for the activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.
Room-ez has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to:
Violations may result in content removal and account termination.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (photos, profile details, listings, messages). You grant Room-ez a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display that content solely to operate and provide the App. You are responsible for the content you post and must have the rights to share it.
You can report or block other users from within the App. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, typically within 24 hours of a report. We may remove content or users at our discretion to keep the community safe.
Room-ez is a platform to help you find potential roommates and rooms. We do not conduct background checks, verify listings, or guarantee any match, tenancy, or the conduct of any user. You are solely responsible for your interactions, for vetting roommates and listings, and for any agreements or leases you enter into. Always exercise caution and meet in safe, public settings.
Room-ez offers an optional auto-renewing premium subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Prices and features are described at the point of purchase.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Room-ez will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or interactions with other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
